Loosened Vice is a global reworking of Vice City that answers the question no one has asked: “How do you make Vice City incredibly easy and get through it in 15 minutes?”.

Features:

Just three reworked missions with new cut-scenes and a more “heartwarming” plot.
One new costume for the character.
New transportation in the game.
An updated health system.
100 new locations for hidden packages.
10 new radio stations.
Improved animations.
Ability to swim and run with heavy weapons.
Small map changes for convenience.
Graphical and gameplay improvements thanks to SkyGFX, Project2DFX and ClassicAxis.
And, of course, weird stuff that made the author funny because there's clearly something wrong with him.

This mod is made for those who want to look at Vice City from a different side — simpler, lighter and with a dose of humor.
