Niko Bellic Skin Pack from GTA 4 by DNArationX, ported by me to GTA Vice City on Android and iOS.
Pros:

Installation:
- Unzip the zip archive;
- From the Textures folder, import gamemisc.txt into gamemisc.txt using the TXD Tool application;
- From the DFF folder, import ped_high.img into ped_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application.

Сборник скинов Нико Беллика из GTA 4 от DNArationX, перенесён мной для GTA Vice City на Android и iOS.
Плюсы:
- Модели хорошего качества;
- Адаптирован под смартфоны;
- Не имеет багов и недочётов.
Установка:
- Разархивировать zip архив;
- Из папки Textures gamemisc.txt импортировать в gamemisc.txt с помощью приложения TXD Tool;
- Из папки DFF ped_high.img импортировать в ped_high.img с помощью приложения GTA IMG Tool.
