This modification transfers palms and weather, which are taken from GTA Vice City Stories.
Attention, be careful! The mod was tested on versions 1.09 (+ texture fix), 1.11, 1.12!
Features of the modification:
- Models and textures were taken from the original GTA VCS, which does not violate the canonicality and atmosphere of the game;
- The timecycle has no flaws in the configuration, weather conditions and more work qualitatively and do not spoil the atmosphere, there are also pleasant colors.
Instructions for installing the modification:
- Using ZArchiver (or any other archiver that allows you to unpack obb), extract the gta3.img file and all files with the name "gta3hi" to the Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb directory (if there is no texdb folder, you need to create it);
- Using GTA IMG Tool, open gta3.img, add with replacement the files from the "gta3.img (IMG Tool)" folder and, then, reassemble;
- Using TXD Tool, add files from the gta3hi.txt folder (TXD Tool) With alpha and Without alpha;
- Transfer the data file from the archive to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files
(For 1.09 it is advisable to download the mod GTA VC Texture Fix Patch for Android 1.09 to avoid mixing textures or just the APK file).
Weather author (for PC version) — GTA_Broadway.
In your mods, be sure to indicate the authors SaViMoN and GTA_Broadway!

Пальмы и таймцикл из Vice City Stories
Данная модификация переносит пальмы и погода, которые взяты из GTA Vice City Stories.
Внимание, будьте внимательны! Мод проверялся на версиях 1.09 (+ texture fix), 1.11, 1.12!
Особенности модификации:
- Модели и текстуры были взяты из оригинальной GTA VCS, что не нарушает каноничность и атмосферу игры;
- Таймцикл не имеет недостатков в конфигурации, погодные условия и не только работают качественно и не портят атмосферу, также присутствуют приятные цвета.
Инструкция по установке модификации:
- С помощью ZArchiver (или любой другой архиватор, позволяющий распаковать obb) , извлечь файл gta3.img и все файлы с названием "gta3hi" в директорию Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb (если нету папки texdb, нужно создать её);
- С помощью GTA IMG Tool открыть gta3.img, добавить с заменой файлы из папки "gta3.img (IMG Tool)" и, далее, пересобрать;
- С помощью TXD Tool добавить файлы из папки gta3hi.txt (TXD Tool) With alpha и Without alpha;
- Файл data из архива перенести в Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files
(Для 1.09 желательно скачать мод GTA VC Texture Fix Patch for Android 1.09 во избежания перемешивания текстур или просто APK файл).
Автор погоды (для ПК версии) — GTA_Broadway.
