Hello, Vice City and users of this site! I, DIAMOND GTA, present you a modification that will remake most of the characters to the style of artworks that are made by Rockstar Games!

Installation: Replace CS files in cut.high.img and IG files in ped.high.img and import textures in gta3hi.txt.
