News Helicopter as in GTA San Andreas for GTA Vice City (iOS, Android)

This mod adds a helicopter VCN TV, as it is not even used in the game. The mod is based on San Andreas, that when if you reach 3 stars (sometimes 4 stars), a helicopter will come and it will just follow the player. The helicopter follows you without pilots inside and you can shoot him down. Now, with this modification, your game will be times more diverse!
