And hello again, I present to you the second mod associated with Los Angeles, this is the city hall building, many textures have been replaced, the rest are photorealistic.
Also replaced the grass texture in nearby lawns, new doors.

This mod changes the house to Mullholland Hills. The textures of the house itself, doors, the texture of walls and tiles, beams have been completely replaced. The mod also includes changes to the grass texture
and roads to the house.

My Enbseries settings with great water. We can say that the water is similar to the one in GTA 4. The reflections on the car, beautiful bump, bloom, focus are also very well tuned.
By default, only water is enabled.
