It's just that fonts.txd has been redesigned to make it possible to write in Russian in dyom and read comfortably. Well, there is another small bonus, the fonts replaced with more beautiful ones. The archive also has a read-me.

As soon as GTA SA came out, the pirates pulled themselves together and squeezed out the crack, since there was no official crack at that time. But this crack turned out to be very bad: the pirates were too lazy to translate the game in the normal way...
