To change the nickname on the HUD you need: Open the file "interfaceeditor.ini" (in the game folder). Find the line "Clock.Format=name. Instead of "name" enter your nickname. If a standard HP bar appears, then go to the interfaceeditor....

I did it for myself, then I decided to post it here, I think many people might like it.
Replacement requires Txd Work Shop.
Open the hud.txd file in it in the models folder.
And replace first.png with the one in the archive.
