I found this skin in cutscene.img, Rockstar did not include it in the game, but hid it in cutscene.img.

Skin redtexture. The mod is small, but I have not seen anything like it on the site. The blood is of good quality, so there is no question of any kind of paint. Skin I think someone will come in handy .. for missions, movies or just for DM servers. ...
