Your gang is now VAGOS. In the archive in the Grove folder there are files FAM4.TXD, FAM4.DFF, FAM5.TXD, FAM5.DFF, just add them to the gta3.img file using the Img Tool program, and just replace the rest! That's all, enjoy game.
