Replaces the old Binco store (on Grove Street) with a new one, plus 2 more stores nearby, fits very well into the game, looks great in the game, no bugs were found.

My edit ENB Boris Vorontsov. Having tried, I made it so that it goes to weak computers! But there is one drawback - there are no reflections on the car - because if you leave them, the game will slow down.
