The mod is a tribute to the well-known GTA Vice City. The islands themselves are based on the style of Miami and Hawaii, which means that you definitely can’t avoid the “resort effect”. As for the plot, it hasn’t been forgotten either. We will take the role of a former, not the best cop by the way, and now an alcoholic and petty drug dealer.
