Megaphone for Police Vehicles

Players of GTA V have likely noticed that police in vehicles often use a megaphone. This script adds a similar feature for police cars.
Naturally, it will only be used by law enforcement. There are a total of nine variations of megaphone messages.
Installation:
Move the contents of the "cleo" folder to "GTA SA/cleo".
The function will only work when the player has at least a one-star wanted level.

Разумеется, ей будут пользоваться только представители закона. Всего существует девять вариаций сообщений из мегафона.
Установка:
Содержимое папки "cleo" перенести в "GTA SA/cleo".
Функция будет работать только когда игрок имеет хотя бы первый уровень розыска.
