TEM1 (diesel locomotive with electric transmission, shunting, type 1) is a Soviet large-scale 6-axle shunting diesel locomotive. Structurally, it is a combination of a body and a diesel engine (with some changes) from TE1 with bogies and electric motors from TE3. It became widespread in the country, and later the release of its enhanced version, TEM2, was launched. The production of diesel locomotives of the TEM1 series began in 1958 on the basis of the TE1 BMZ series.

ТЭМ1 (тепловоз с электрической передачей, маневровый, тип 1) — советский крупносерийный 6-осный маневровый тепловоз. Конструктивно представляет собой сочетание кузова и дизеля (с некоторыми изменениями) от ТЭ1 с тележками и электродвигателями от ТЭ3. Получил широкое распространение в стране, впоследствии был налажен выпуск его усиленной версии — ТЭМ2. Выпуск тепловозов серии ТЭМ1 начат на основе серии ТЭ1 БМЗ в 1958 году.
Среднее качество модели, детализация кабины низкая. Прекрасно подойдёт для любителей железнодорожного транспорта СССР.
