Cap is a fighter of the Freedom group, a rather old man. He is the organizer and the actual leader of the checkpoint of the group called "Barrier", which is located on the border of the Army warehouses and the Radar location. According to the plot, Marked helps him protect the checkpoint from the attack of the Monolith fighters coming from the Scorcher.

По сюжету Меченый помогает ему защитить блокпост от атаки бойцов «Монолита», идущих от «Выжигателя».
