This emission is not just a screen reddening like in Stalker mods.
The modification adds a periodic emission to the game, specifically a mix of emissions from STALKER Clear Sky and Shadow of Chernobyl.
How the emission occurs: "Tu-u-um..." - A soft rolling sound of the approaching emission... A few rumbles of thunder in the distance... A brief calm... The space is flooded with red light... A sharp and loud crash - the emission begins, the sky is illuminated with a red glow... Blinding red light, rolling thunder... and again the crash... the dazzling red glow literally destroys all living things....
Features: altered weather, sound effects from STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky. Emission frequency. During the main stage of the emission, people disappear from the streets, trains and trams stop running, and planes and helicopters cease to fly.
Installation instructions: Extract the contents of the archive to the root folder of your GTA SA, confirming the merging and replacement of files.
Shelters: You can hide from the emission in any building, but being outside (even in basements) is dangerous.

When you load a save or start a new game, the emission will begin in 1-3 minutes. After that, emissions will occur every 3 to 30 minutes, with the emission lasting from 2 to 6 minutes (the timer will indicate).

Модификация добавляет в игру периодический выброс, а точнее смесь выброса из СТАЛКЕР ЧН и ТЧ.
Как проходит выброс: "Ту-у-ум..." - Мягкий раскатистый удар надвигающегося выброса... Несколько раскатов грома вдалеке... Небольшое затишье... Пространство заливает красным светом... Резкий и громкий грохот - начинается выброс, небо озаряет красным сиянием... Ослепительный красный свет, раскаты грома... и вновь грохот... ослепительное красное сияние буквально уничтожает всё живое....
Особенности: изменённая погода, звуковые эффекты из игр СТАЛКЕР ТЧ и ЧН. Периодичность выброса. Во время основной стадии выброса люди исчезают с улиц, поезда и трамваи перестают ходить, а самолёты с вертолётами летать.
Инструкция по установке: Распаковать содержимое архива в корневую папку с вашей GTA SA, подтвердив слияние и замену файлов.
Убежища: Спрятаться от выброса можно в любом помещении, но на улице (даже в подземках) находиться опасно.

Когда вы загрузили сохранение или начали новую игру, выброс начнётся через 1-3 минуты. А после выбросы будут идти с периодичностью от 3-х до 30-ти минут, сам выброс идёт по времени от 2-х до 6-ти минут (таймер подскажет).
