This script adds two life situations in the vicinity of the Panopticon.
A car will be parked, with a person inside, while two others
stand nearby and chat.
Two small cars will be parked by the road, with some rich kids hanging around them.
Installation:

Данный скрипт добавляет две жизненные ситуации в районе Паноптикума.
Будет стоять машина, в ней будет находится человек, а возле нее
будут стоять два человека и разговаривать.
Возле дороги будут стоять две машинки а возле их будут крутится мажорчики.
Установка:
Файл: life_situation[3].cs добавить в папку клео.
