There is a mod (I don't remember the author) that replaces color IDs in carcols.dat, but because of this, cars in the city became multicolored: blue, green, pink, etc.
This mod will fix that. The first 129 (0-128) colors were taken from this mod, the remaining 127 (129-255) are the original colors. In total, there are 256.

Bugs:
Cars spawned by scripts will have incorrect colors
Not tested in SAMP (Most likely there will be a MULTICOLORED BOOM
)
Installation:
Install ASI Loader (Usually installed with CLEO)
Place carcols.asi in the game root folder
Make a copy of carcols.dat from the data folder
Replace the carcols.dat file in the data folder with the one from the archive
Play
Bonus:
For colors 129-255 in carcols.dat, the old ID is recorded at the end of each line
For example:
0,0,0 # 129 black black #0
245,245,245 # 130 white white #1
42,119,161 # 131 police car blue blue #2
To ensure that the car has original colors when replaced, change the old IDs to the new ones
That is, if a car has color 0,1, replace them with 129,130, etc.
Есть такой мод (автора не помню), заменяющий ИД цветов в carcols.dat, но из-за этого машины в городе становились разноцветными: синими, зелеными, розовыми и т.д.
Данный мод это исправит. Первые 129 (0-128) цветов были взяты из этого мода, остальные 127 (129-255), это оригинальные цвета. Всего их 256.

Баги:
Машины, которые заспавнены скриптами, будут иметь неправильные цвета

Установка:
Установить ASI Loader (Обычно устанавливается с CLEO)
Закинуть carcols.asi в корень игры
Сделать копию carcols.dat из папки data
Заменить в папке data файл carcols.dat из архива

Бонус:
На цветах 129-255 в carcols.dat в конце каждой сроки записано старое id
Например:
0,0,0 # 129 black black #0
245,245,245 # 130 white white #1
42,119,161 # 131 police car blue blue #2
Что-бы при замене авто на нем были оригинальные цвета, замените старые id на новые
Т.Е. Если у машины есть цвет 0,1, замените их на 129,130, и тд.
