2nd PlayerBot

Adds a 2nd player bot

I know maybe someone will say that the button accordion or it was, but I want to dissuade you, this is not another version of CJ's double

Script functionality

1)2 The player bot appears after entering the command PLAY

2) When the 2nd player bot appears, he will have a marker above his head and he will start walking down the street and killing random people.

3) 2 player bot might want to join your group to help

4) Weapons are given to the bot randomly

5) The bot can also leave the group and go about his own business

6) The bot does not like (cops, criminals and gangs all except friendly)

7) The bot can wave to you and dance
