In GTA San Andreas, sounds glitch when the audio file is larger than the original. This is caused by using a static sound buffer of arbitrary size stored in BankSlot.dat, so the solution of generating SAAT will not be effective and will ultimately complicate life for everyone.
This plugin makes this sound buffer dynamic with a size determined at the time of the sound or bank request. There are also no performance drops due to this.
But... does Mod Loader already have this feature? Of course! But, perhaps, someone may not want to use it, possibly needing superior SFX for larger mods without relying on Mod Loader. Yes, this is taken from there, and do not use it if you already have Mod Loader (either way, the plugin detects the presence of Mod Loader, so nothing bad should happen).

Это вызвано тем, что используется статический звуковой буфер произвольного размера, хранящийся в <noindex><a href=\"http://www.libertycity.ruhttp://www.gtamodding.com/wiki/SFX_(SA)#BankSlot.dat\" target=\"_blank\">BankSlot.dat</a></noindex>, так что решение проблемы порождением <noindex><a href=\"http://www.libertycity.ruhttp://pdescobar.home.comcast.net/~pdescobar/gta/saat/\" target=\"_blank\">SAAT</a></noindex> не будет эффективным и, в конечном счёте, осложнит жизнь каждого.
Данный плагин же делает этот звуковой буфер динамическим с размером, определяемым на момент запроса звука или bank'а. Также нет падений производительности из-за этого.
Но... имеет ли уже Mod Loader эту фичу? Конечно! Но, возможно, кто-то не захочет использовать его, возможно, для больших модов нужен превосходный SFX без зависимости от Mod Loader'а. Да, это содрано оттуда, и не используйте, если уже имеется Mod Loader (так или иначе, плагин обнаруживает присутствие Mod Loader'а, так что ничего страшного не должно произойти).
