Anarchy. Part 2 - Overthrow.

Prologue:
Anarchy gripped Los Santos. Anarchists do what they want and how they want. It has its own order and its own laws. However, Kolyan (he also took the English pseudonym Nick) does not stop. He wants to bring anarchy to the world level.
What about the government? This situation made them nervous. By killing the President of the United States, the anarchists made them think seriously. They need to return the city before it is completely destroyed (and the main thing is not to destroy it themselves during the assault), and so that the media do not raise a fuss about all this, and just people in the state of San Andreas, and therefore they should especially exploit the army, military equipment, too it is forbidden. And the government finds a solution...
