Slow down time when shooting as in GTA V for GTA San Andreas
When you press the Z key, time will slow down. And an effect similar to the effect from GTA V will appear. And the ability indicator will not allow you to abuse this advantage when the indicator becomes empty, you will need to wait a while until it is restored.
