According to some rumors, during the development of the game they wanted to make the Ballas orange and with the name Flats. As for whether this is true or not, I don’t know, but I decided to make a mod that adds a new gang with the same name and symbols. This time, for the first time, I made models for myself not to replace, but to add (however, you can’t add more than 2 pieces without changing the limits, which is a pity).
The gang is located in the west of San Fierro (Ocean Flats, Palisades, City Hall, Paradiso, etc., see map). The gang members are African Americans (I don't know how logical this is, but it seems to be quite), they ride Glendale and Saber, dressed in dark clothes with orange bandanas.
Installation is simple - models from gta3.img to the file of the same name in the models folder, data and cleo folders to the root folder of the game with replacement and other things. After installation, start (preferably, mandatory or not - xs) a new game.

Согласно некоторым слухам, в процессе разработки игры Ballas хотели сделать оранжевыми и с названием Flats. Насчет того, правда это, или нет, не знаю, но решил сделать мод, добавляющий новую банду c таким названием и символикой. На этот раз я впервые для себя сделал модели не на замену, а на добавление (однако больше 2 шт. без изменения лимитов добавить нельзя, а жаль).
Банда располагается на западе Сан-Фиерро (Ocean Flats, Palisades, City Hall, Paradiso и др., смотреть карту). Члены банды - афроамериканцы (не знаю, насколько это логично, но вроде как вполне), катаются на Glendale и Sabre, одеты в темную одежду с оранжевыми банданами.
Установка проста - модели из gta3.img в одноименный файл в папке models, папки data и cleo в корневую папку игры с заменой и прочим. После установки начинайте (желательно, обязательно или нет - хз) новую игру.
