In 1992, several gangsters from Los Santos decided to found their own gang. They decided to take a chance and go to Las Venturas for this, where there are almost no criminal gangs. After staging several successful robberies, establishing a drug trade in LV, recruiting a gang, taking control of rich areas (such as Visage, Strip, Old Las Venturas, etc.) and finally making money from crime, they decided to name their gang " Elvises of Las Venturas" and came up with the symbolism of the gang.
