Агенты IAA давно следили за Эндрю Риггсом — торговцем оружия и командиром небольшой армии наёмников. Но когда появились сведения о том, что он действует при поддержке правительства Сан-Андреаса, IAA отдали приказ армии о захвате Риггса на одной из его баз в пустыне.
Установка:
Папку SD и файл DYOM1.dat кинуть в "Документы"
Файлы из папки "в gta3.img" заменить в gta3.img через Alci's IMG Editor или другую схожую программу.
— Сделано в DYOM 8.1
— Миссия небольшая, практически не имеет сюжета. По сути, это обычная стрелялка.
