A club where people have fun and have fun - why are there so few mods coming out for it?

A texture mod that replaces all the textures of the club in the state of San Andreas with better and more pleasing textures for the eyes. But I want to tell you that, as we see from the title, this mod is not only with the retexture of the club, but also with its revival. And as we see it says "V1" here, so we won't see a revival here yet, but starting from the second version, the full revival of the club for a more realistic club life will already begin. The first version replaces the textures of the club's interiors, but starting from the second version there is already progress. See everything in the screenshots.
