Hello everyone, today I present to you a mod that adds a new, beautiful house for CJ.
In this version: new beautiful textures (512x512, 1024x1024), a yard at the house, with a table and benches in the yard,
Streetlights, Power line poles, Vegetation, a fence around the house.
In the next version: the house will be open, it can be purchased, saving.
I split it into two versions because I'm not sure when I can release the second one.
Installation instructions and location are in the archive, enjoy the game.
You can install the textures at your discretion.

Всем привет, сегодня я вам представляю мод который добавляет новый, красивый дом для CJ.
В этой версии: новые красивые текстуры (512х512, 1024х1024), дворик у дома, во дворе стоит столик и лавочки,
Фонарные столбы, Столбы ЛЭП, Растительность, забор вокруг дома.
В следующей версии: дом будет открытым, его можно будет купить, сохранение.
Разделил на две версии, потому что точно не знаю когда смогу выложить вторую.
Установка, местонахождение в архиве, приятной игры.
Текстуры можете ставить по желанию.
