This project is intended to replace non-residential buildings in LS with completely new models that can be entered and freely moved around. I will not touch buildings with Enex interiors and residential buildings - for the time being they are satisfied with it. The new premises contain furniture and other small details. Models will be replaced gradually, as far as possible, as the work is very painstaking.

In the first version of the project, the Pawnshop located behind CJ's house was replaced by the Red Lobster fish restaurant.

To my great regret, I could not set up the prelight due to the large size of the model (although it looks fine anyway). I will not deal with gigantism in the following buildings. Prelight will be 100% (Already done in test models).

Данный проект предназначен для замены нежилых зданий в LS на полностью новые модели, в которые можно входить и свободно по ним перемещаться. Здания с Enex интерьерами и жилые дома трогать не буду - пока устраивают и так. В новых помещениях присутствует мебель и прочие мелкие детали. Модели будут заменяться постепенно, по мере возможности, так как работа очень кропотливая.

В первой версии проекта заменен Pawnshop находящийся за домом CJ на рыбный ресторан Red Lobster.

К огромному моему сожалению я не смог настроить прелайт из-за большого размера модели (хотя и так смотрится нормально). В следующих зданиях гигантизмом заниматься не буду. Прелайт будет 100% (В тестовых моделях уже сделал).
