Good day! We present to you a great model of a modern cottage for GTA - San Andreas. This model is well-detailed, with excellent facade decor and a combination of colors. A special concrete apron was created for the cottage, allowing you to place the model on uneven surfaces. The cottage features realistic night lighting, with light falling from the windows onto parts of the walls, as well as light from the attic window casting onto the roof, which looks quite nice. All this adds a touch of realism. Additionally, you can enhance your facade if you wish, with a bonus hanging planter for the cottage. The cottage and planter models serve as additional objects in the game.

Доброго времени суток! Представляем вам хорошую модель современного коттеджа для GTA - San Andreas. Данная модель хорошо детализированная, отличный декор фасада, сочетание цветов. Для коттеджа был создан специальный бетонный отмосток, с помощью которого вы сможете поместить модель на неровную поверхность. Коттедж имеет реалистичное ночное освещение, падающий свет из окон на части стен, а так же свет, из чердачного окна падающий на крышу, который таки неплохо смотрится. Всё это придает немного реализма. Так же, вы сможете немного приукрасить свой фасад по желанию, наличием бонусного подвесного вазона для коттеджа. Модель коттеджа и вазона служит дополнительными объектами в игре.
