Save for the Sun-Vice beta 3 mod, where cheats were not used, all properties are purchased (the mission to clear the Vercetti estate is completed), and all districts are captured.

P.S. This will be useful for those who installed the game on XP and experienced the freezing bug in districts.

P.S.S. Works only if all ped paths are removed (that's why this save is needed).

Сохранение для мода Sun-Vice beta 3, в котором не использованы читы, куплена вся недвижимость (пройдена миссия по зачистке имения Версетти), и захвачены все районы.

P.S.Понадобится тем, кто устанавливал игру на XP и был баг с зависанием в районах.

P.S.S.Работает, только если все пути педов удалены(да за этим и нужен этот сейв)
