Grove st. Ghetto v.2

Here, finally, the 2nd version of the Grove st mod has been released. Ghetto.

As for the map, added:

-Hemp behind Ryder's house;

- dump in front of Ryder's house;

- overturned bench and telephone booth;

-more different boxes;

- homeless person near Deniz's house.

+ some minor changes.

As for the script:
