So this mod allows you to bind any passerby

to any car and take some money from him.

For this, you will be given 3 wanted stars (if during the

kidnapping you already have 3+ stars, then

nothing will happen, respectively). To bind

someone to the car you need to choose any car, sit in

it and press the key "I" (Russian Sh), above the car

a red marker will appear. Drive closer to any ped,

get out of the car and standing next to the ped, press "I" again.

You will take some money from the fagot and tie him to the car

over which the marker was placed. After that you will be given 3

stars, and the marker will disappear.
