Declasse Premier in the livery of the Vice City Police Department.
It fits perfectly into the environment, with a moderate shine.
Originally created for use with the GTA United mod (there was no worthy replacement for the Vice City police.)
Installation:
In any img archive editor, replace the files copcarla.dff and copcarla.txd
Any editing and distribution is allowed (we're not greedy.)
P.S. The specifications in the screenshot are close to in-game values.
This is my first serious mod with a retexture. If something is wrong, let me know how to fix it.

Идеально вписывается в окружение, присутствует блеск (умеренный.)
Изначально был сделал для использования с модом GTA United (достойной замены полиции Вайс Сити не было.)
Установка:

P.S. Характеристики на скриншоте приближены к игровым.
