Declasse Premier in Vice City Police Department livery.
Fits perfectly into the environment, there is a shine (moderate.)
It was originally made for use with the GTA United mod (there was no worthy replacement for the Vice City police.)
Installation:
In any editor of img archives, replace the files copcarla.dff and copcarla.txd
Any editing and distribution is allowed (we are not greedy.)
P.S. The characteristics in the screenshot are close to the game ones.
My first serious retexture mod. If something is wrong, tell me how to fix it.
