Installation:
1. Place the contents of the "Hotline" folder into Documents, confirming the replacement;
2. Add the files from the IMG folder to gta3.img (Game folder/models) with replacement;
3. Place the contents of the CLEO folder into the CLEO folder, confirming the replacement (Game folder).
