The daughter of a prominent Japanese businessman is threatened by a criminal syndicate — the Yakuza. Agent Paul is assigned to ensure the girl's safety. The Yakuza gang, led by a mysterious figure known as the Dragon, engages in a bloody conflict with the federal bureau Lazutchiki, which is mourning the recent loss of one of its best agents.

Installation:

Place the contents of the "Citizen X" folder into the GTA San Andreas User Files folder.

The plot events unfold concurrently with the storyline of The House Built on Sand.
