Lucy lived with her parents in Las Venturas, in a nice house, in a nice neighborhood... Lucy went to a good school. Father and mother did not earn bad money. But, one night, people with machine guns burst into their house and literally gutted the parents of a 12-year-old girl. The only thing Lucy heard: “Bill, can I finish them already?”, “Don’t want to give me money? Die”, “Comrades, we are going to the Four Dragons Casino” - these words, and Lucy remembered the faces of these terrible people forever.
After 6 years, Lucy goes in search of Bill and his mafia to avenge their parents.
