The main character Oscar Blau talks about how he ended up in Liberty City and earned very big problems on his head. Oscar met 2 guys Martin and Matthew Mansfield, they are father and son. Oscar fell in love with his wife Matthew and Oscar began to have very serious problems, all this Oscar tells why Oscar ended up in an abandoned house? What happened to Matthew's wife? And will Matthew find out that Oscar is having an affair with his wife?
Missions consist of 30 to 50 targets.
