I dug up this file on one foreign site. Perhaps the file was on this site, but I did not see it and therefore decided to add this file here.
After adding the file to the game folder on widescreen monitors, the game's HUD will no longer stretch. Operation is guaranteed only on a standard HUD. The file was checked on a 1920x1080 monitor

Данный файл я откопал на одном иностранном сайте. Возможно файл был на этом сайте, но я его не видел и поэтому решил добавить этот файл сюда.
После добавления файла в папку с игрой на широкоформатных мониторах HUD игры больше не будет растягиваться. Работоспособность гарантируется только на стандартном HUD'е. Файл проверялся на мониторе размером 1920x1080
Установка: добавить файл в папку с игрой.
