House V1

This is a continuation of my mod. In the previous version, I was asked to improve the mod, I listened and here is the result.

The entire room has been transferred, and now the window looks more realistic (there is actually a window now, but it is only transparent from the inside, not from the outside).

There is now a paid save feature (like CJ renting or paying for an apartment) and a free save (just like that). Also, the textures have become realistic.

Terrible. The textures look like they were drawn in Paint, the sizes are not accurate. Overall, awful.

Giving it a +. I would like the next version to include the ability to buy this house, after which you could enter the house and save in it.

Response: I couldn't do that, so I did it differently.
