Do not consider this mod as just a simple model replacement. It introduces a new shooting mechanism for the RPG and grenade launcher.
Cane is replaced with RPG from GTA IV
Flowers are replaced with grenade launcher from GTA TLAD

Не сочтите данный мод за обычную замену моделей. Это новый принцип стрельбы из RPG и гранатомёта.
Трость заменяется на RPG из GTA IV
Цветы заменяются на гранатомёт из GTA TLAD
Что бы было понятнее, что это за мод, я записал на него видео-обзор.
Увы, мод с SAMP-ом не совместим.
