Frank ended up in prison for petty theft (stealing phones). After 5 years, he is released. His brother Woody meets Frank outside the police station. Frank wants to forget about his criminal life, but learns that Woody owes a large sum of money to a local gangster. Frank will have to return to the criminal world to get the money...
