This mod alters the textures of buildings and structures (see screenshots).
List of files from the previous version:
1. [File "glenpark1x_lae"]. In the Idlewood area (just behind the railway, next to a tattoo parlor and a hair salon). Replaces the video salon with a library, the signs of closed shops with a "Shawarma" stall, "Pawn Shop" and a branch of "VTB-24" bank. This mod updates the old roads in this area to new, higher-quality ones.
2. [File "glenpark7_lae"]. The skate park is now more beautiful and of higher quality. Advertising billboards featuring well-known brands surround the skate park.
3. [File "idlewood6_lae"]. The tattoo parlor is replaced with a tattoo studio, and the hair salon with a men's beauty salon "MAN". Next to the tattoo studio is
the grocery store "Captain" and a branch of "Russian Post". The textures of the buildings behind the tattoo parlor have been changed, on the first floor there are: a café "Starbucks",
a flower stall, a cosmetics store "L'Etoile" and a store "Adidas". Above the shops, you can see advertising billboards of famous brands.
4. [File "landlae2e"]. Replaces the basketball court in East Los Santos with a higher-quality one.
CHANGES IN THE NEW VERSION:
5. [File "drivingschool_sfse"]. Replaces the driving school in San Fierro with a Russian driving school "Prestige".
6. [File "estate2"]. Replaces the interior textures of the driving school in San Fierro. Quality renovation, with teaching materials on the walls regarding road markings, traffic signals,
sign tables, etc.
BONUS:
7. [File "break_f_w"]. Replaces the fence textures with more beautiful and higher-quality ones.
8. [File "benchm"]. Replaces old benches with new marble ones, featuring advertisements for the taxi service "Kopeyka". You can see them, for example, at the train station in San Fierro.
9. [File "dynphn"]. Replaces state payphones with Russian ones.
10. Files from the previous version have been partially reduced in size for better game performance.
IMPORTANT!!! INSTALLATION:
1. Replace files from the gta3 folder using IMGTool or IMG Editor with the identically named files in gta3.img
2. Replace files from the gta_int folder using IMGTool or IMG Editor with the identically named files in gta_int.img, then be sure to rebuild the archive
(For example, IMG Editor/File/Rebuild Archive). Otherwise, the interior of the driving school may not display properly.

1. [Файл \"glenpark1x_lae\"]. В районе Иделвуд (сразу за железной дорогой, рядом с тату салоном и парикмахерской). Заменяет видео салон на библиотеку, вывески закрытых магазинов на ларёк \"Шаурма\", \"Ломбард\" и отделение банка \"ВТБ-24\". Данный мод меняет старые дороги в этом районе на новые, более качественные.
2. [Файл \"glenpark7_lae\"]. Скейт парк теперь более красивый и качественный. Вокруг скейт парка расположены рекламные щиты с изветными брендами.
3. [Файл \"idlewood6_lae\"]. Тату салон заменен на студию татуировки, парикмахерская на салон красоты для мужчин \"МАН\". Рядом со студией татуировки расположены
продуктовый магазин \"Капитан\" и отделение \"Почты России\". Заменены текстуры зданий находящиеся позади тату салона, на первом этаже расположены: кафе \"Starbucks\",
цветочный ларек, магазин косметики \"Летуаль\" и магазин \"Adidas\". Над магазинами можно увидеть рекламные щиты известных брендов.
4. [Файл \"landlae2e\"]. Заменяет баскетбольную площадку в районе Восточный Лос Сантос на более качественную.
ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ В НОВОЙ ВЕРСИИ:
5. [Файл \"drivingschool_sfse\"]. Заменяет автошколу в Сан-Фиерро на русскую автошколу \"Престиж\".
6. [Файл \"estate2\"]. Заменяет внутренние текстуры автошколы в Сан-Фиерро. Качественный ремонт, на стенах висят пособия по разметке, сигналам регулировщика,
таблица знаков и др.
BONUS:
7. [Файл \"break_f_w\"]. Заменяет текстуры заборов на более красивые и качественные.
8. [Файл \"benchm\"]. Заменяет старые лавочки на новые, мраморные, с рекламой такси \"Копейка\". Увидеть их можно например на жд станции в Сан-Фиерро.
9. [Файл \"dynphn\"]. Заменяет таксофоны штата на русские.
10. Файлы предыдущей версии частично уменьшены в размере для более корректной работы игры.
ВАЖНО!!! УСТАНОВКА:
1. Замените файлы из папки gta3 с помощью программы IMGTool или IMG Editor на одноименные файлы в gta3.img
2. Замените файлы из папки gta_int с помощью программы IMGTool или IMG Editor на одноименные файлы в gta_int.img, после чего обязательно сделайте ребилд архива
(Например IMG Editor/Файл/Пересобрать архив). В противном случае внутренний интерьер автошколы может не отображаться.
