This script makes boring gunfights a little more interesting.
When you headshot someone, the camera pans to the "victim" and time slows down.
If you just kill the victim, then with some chance time dilation may occur.
Yes, yes, I know that there are such scripts, but I decided to make my own, because I did not find a normal one among similar ones.

Этот скрипт делает скучные перестрелки немного интересней.
Когда вы убиваете кого-то в голову, камера показывает "жертву", а время замедляется.
Если вы просто убиваете жертву, то с некоторым шансом может произойти замедление времени.
Да-да, я знаю, что подобные скрипты есть, но я решил сделать свой, так как не нашел нормального среди подобных.
