For those who dislike ragdoll.
There is a shooting animation from:
Pistol (with silencer)
Mini submachine gun.
The animations were created by me, except for the pistol with a silencer, thanks to Aleksey_move.
Place .cs files in the Cleo folder, and the .ifp file in gta3.img
