The mod changes the textures of buildings and structures (see screenshots):
1. [File "glenpark1x_lae"]. In the Idelwood area (right behind the railroad, next to the tattoo parlor and hairdresser). Replaces the video salon with a library, signs of closed shops for the stall "Shawarma", "Lombard" and a branch of the bank "VTB-24". This mod changes the old roads in this
area for new, better ones.
2. [File "glenpark7_lae"]. The skate park is now more beautiful and of higher quality. Around the skate park there are billboards with famous brands.
3. [File "idlewood6_lae"]. The tattoo parlor has been replaced by a tattoo studio, a hairdresser's by a beauty salon for men "MAN". Next to the tattoo studio there is a grocery store "Captain" and a branch of the Russian Post. The textures of the buildings located behind the tattoo parlor have been replaced, on the ground floor there are: a Starbucks cafe, a flower stall, a Letual cosmetics store and an Adidas store. Above the shops you can see billboards of famous brands.

Installation: Replace the "txd" format files using the IMGTool or IMG Editor program with the files of the same name in gta3.img
Мод изменяет текстуры зданий и сооружений (см. скрины):
1. [Файл "glenpark1x_lae"]. В районе Иделвуд (сразу за железной дорогой, рядом с тату салоном и парикмахерской). Заменяет видео салон на библиотеку, вывески закрытых магазинов на ларёк "Шаурма", "Ломбард" и отделение банка "ВТБ-24". Данный мод меняет старые дороги в этом
районе на новые, более качественные.
2. [Файл "glenpark7_lae"]. Скейт парк теперь более красивый и качественный. Вокруг скейт парка расположены рекламные щиты с изветными брендами.
3. [Файл "idlewood6_lae"]. Тату салон заменен на студию татуировки, парикмахерская на салон красоты для мужчин "МАН". Рядом со студией татуировки расположены продуктовый магазин "Капитан" и отделение "Почты России". Заменены текстуры зданий находящиеся позади тату салона, на первом этаже расположены: кафе "Starbucks", цветочный ларек, магазин косметики "Летуаль" и магазин "Adidas". Над магазинами можно увидеть рекламные щиты известных брендов.
BONUS: [Файл "landlae2e"]. Заменяет баскетбольную площадку в районе Восточный Лос Сантос на более качественную.
Установка: Замените файлы формата "txd" с помощью программы IMGTool или IMG Editor на одноименные файлы в gta3.img
