This mod is suitable for beginners or for those who are too lazy to buy a good weapon or steal a car.
Grove Street:
- A Sentinel has been added with an MP5, M4, and a Military shotgun behind it; there is a minigun on the roof of CJ's house (the first house).
Garage in San Fierro:
- On the left side of the garage, there is an Elegy and a Turismo.
- On the right around the corner, there is a Bullet, and behind the garage, a Hunter (Helicopter).
- Also nearby are a minigun, M4, MP5, grenades, a shotgun, and a silenced pistol.
Strip:
- On the right side around the corner, there are a Buffalo, Elegy, Sultan, and a limousine. There is a minigun on the roof of the casino, and various weapons nearby. All cars and weapons respawn, so they will always be in their place.
Changes in version 1.1:
- You can now choose a script with only weapons, only cars, or everything together.
- Several cars have been added near missions where you usually have to leave on foot.
- Many weapon pickups have been added near all well-known (and usually requiring "shooting") missions.
- The ammo system has been revamped; it is no longer 900 but 10 - 400 (don't think I put 10 bullets in the assault rifle), the flamethrower has 2000, and the minigun has 1000.
- Weapons regenerate not in 30 seconds but in 6 minutes to prevent excessive cheating.

Тачки и Стволы v1.1
Мод подойдет для новичков или для тех, кому лень покупать хороший ствол или угонять тачку.
Гроув Стрит:
- Добавлена Sentinel сзади неё mp5, m4, Военный дробовик, на козырьке дома CJ (первый дом) есть миниган.
Гараж в Сан Фиерро:
- С левой стороны гаража стоит Элегия и Туризмо.
- С правой за углом Буллет, за гаражом Хантер (Вертолет).
- Также рядом миниган, m4, mp5, гранаты, дробовик и пистолет с глушителем.
Стрип:
- С правой стороны за углом стоят Буффало, Элегия, Султан и лимузин.На козырьке казино есть миниган, рядом есть разное оружие. Все машины и оружие респаунятся, так что они будут на своём месте всегда.
Изменения в версии 1.1:
- Теперь можно выбрать скрипт только с оружием или только с машинами, ну или всё вместе.
- добавлено несколько машин рядом с миссиями из которых обычно уходить приходится пешком.
- Добавлено много пикапов оружия рядом со всеми известными (и обычно требующих "пострелять") миссиями.
- Переработана система количества патронов их уже не 900 а 10 — 400, (не думайте что я поставил 10 патронов автомату) у огнемета 2000, у минигана 1000.
- Оружие регенится не 30 сек, а 6 минут чтоб небыло сильного читерства.
