This mod transforms the standard Angel Pain into a city styled after 1941-1945.
There is a base in the forest, a radio station on Mount Chiliad, and a huge mansion by the shore, opposite which lies a sunken aircraft carrier. There are also scripts for vehicle placement. Here's the video:
