So, this is a bird, or rather a vulture from the RISEN game, the zakostka is my development, before that there were no bird skeletons of such a rearrangement of bones anywhere.
In the game where I got the model from, in RISEN, this neck did not fly, but ran and bit... I made a series of animations for it, I left a few old animations from Risen, but also added more FLIGHTS. Now the bird almost always attacks in flight. I tried very hard on the animations, and I think that it turned out pretty well.
Now regarding the script part: the scripts for this file were made by Pitbull98 (for which special thanks to him), namely: the cries of a bird when approaching it, as well as assigning a series of animations and inserting the bird itself onto the map.
