С данной Asi библиотекой у всех фонарных столбов появится этакий "Эффект прожектора", т.е. от фонарных столбов будет идти световой поток.
Обновление в версии 2
-фикс некоторых столбов
-увеличение радиуса фонарей.
Так же работоспособен в SA:MP
