This mod adds a house in Richman. You can enter the interior of the house, which currently has 2 apartments: 1 luxury class, 2 economy class. The house features a balcony, a great spot for snipers. One apartment has a trampoline, guitars, and basketball.
In the second version, it will be fully furnished and a car will be parked (you can request what type of vehicle you want).

Этот мод добавляет дом на Richman. В интерьер дома можно войти, пока там 2 квартиры: 1 класса люкс, 2 эконом класс. В доме есть балкон, отличное место для снайперов. В 1 квартире есть батут, гитары, баскетбол.
Во второй версии будет всё заставлено мебелью и будет стоять машина (можете мне заказать какой будет транспорт).
